Banner Ads
Note:
For our site launch in 2003, our rates for advertising are 50% less than
the prices quoted on this page. Please see our special
offers section for additional reductions in advertising rates.
In 2003, all revenue beyond site development and maintenance costs will
be directed to advertising for the coursesforteachers.com portal. This
will serve to increase international traffic to your site.
Banner Ads are displayed
prominently on the index page, the search page and the search results
pages. If you have a banner ad, it will appear in rotation on all three
of these pages on a regular basis. (Ads are served up using a custom program
which ensures that all ads will have equal exposure, even though two consecutive
visitors could see the same ad.) As of July 2003 we will be able to provide
information about the number of times your ad is displayed (with the option
fo charging on a CPM basis) and the "click through" rate, and
you can use this information in your marketing plan.
Banner ads need to be constructed to the standard 468x60 pixel format,
and animated (slide show) gif graphics are permitted to a maximum size
of 60 Kb.
If you do not have a banner ad available and you would like to have one
constructed, please contact Tanapics
by email. We will prepare a suitable banner ad for you for $100 US
and display it for one month free. You will own the copyright for this
graphic and have the right to use it in advertising on other sites.
The introductory price
for banner ads displayed on CoursesForTeachers.com is $40 US per month.
Preferred search rating
and advertising rates will increase as we reach targeted traffic rates,
and changes may be made without prior notice. To secure the rates currently
available in our introductory phase, you may wish to prepay for a period
of up to 24 months. Contact Tanapics
